SHIPPING
Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email. If any details are incorrect or please contact us immediately at shop@annabelles.nz. If you haven’t received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please email us and we will look into it for you.
All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within 24 hours of the next business days. When your order has left us you will receive an email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Annabelle's are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
ONLINE ORDER PICK UP
You can also order online and pick up from our store at 5E Havelock Road, Havelock North, Hawke's Bay. We will email or call you once its ready to pick up.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Nationwide: $8
We use Fastway Couriers with a signature required service for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security purposes. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the courier’s office or depot.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days, depending exactly where your destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of the order.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. Items are shipped within New Zealand via NZ Couriers. If the incorrect freight option is selected, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
Nationwide: $30
Items are shipped to Australia via DHL or NZ Post. Courier delivery is 1-3 business days, depending exactly where your destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays, we will advise you as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of the order. Any taxes, duties, and other incoming customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live outside of New Zealand or Australia and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email shop@annabelles.nz and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
LARGE FURNITURE SHIPPING
For larger furniture items please contact us and we will arrange a shipping quote on your behalf. Please email shop@annabelles.nz and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We will honour the price for a purchase already in progress.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Annabelle's does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our distribution centre. Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation. All products must be checked for breakages due to freight immediately on delivery and advised to Annabelle's within 24 hours. If product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with their chosen shipping company.
No refunds or replacements will be given for product damaged or missing in transit. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if items have been dropped or broken.
CANCELLATIONS
We start to process an order as soon as the payment is received. You may cancel an order within 24 hours. Cancellations made 24 hours after receipt of payment will incur a 20% handling fee.

This Policy applies as between you, the user of this website, and Annabelle's, the owner and provider of this website. This policy applies to our use of any and all data collected by us in relation to your use of the website and any services or systems therein. As a condition of purchase from us we reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you.
We respect your right not to receive these communications and if you advise us at the time of placing your order that you do not wish to receive these special offer and alert emails we will disable that functionality for your account. Each and every one of these communications will contain a clear link to unsubscribe. We assure you that once you have unsubscribed we will immediately remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.
Annabelle's may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with matters that may include, but are not limited to, payment handling, delivery of purchased items, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. The providers of such services may have access to certain personal data provided by users of this website.
Any data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that Annabelle's requests. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any data that is processed by third parties must be processed within the terms of this policy and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Please note that all Annabelle's products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain or otherwise. This is considered a unique feature of each individual piece and items cannot be returned for this reason.
